Digitizing the Care Pathway

SEM Data Journey

When placing the Provizio® SEM Scanner in the Charging Hub, the encrypted collected data is automatically transferred via a Wi-Fi connection to the Gateway Dashboard and is then automatically deleted from the Provizio SEM Scanner device.

All data is collected, encrypted and stored in digital format on the hospital’s internal server in the Gateway Dashboard.

Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) across the care pathway can review and share anatomically-specific data to help identify pressure injury risks for all their patients, regardless of skin tone1,2.

EMR Integration

The Gateway Dashboard can be integrated with all the major Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
The SEM delta (∆) readings transfer rapidly, automatically and securely from the Gateway Dashboard to the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Analyzing

The Gateway Dashboard enables you to:

  • View patient SEM delta (∆) readings for individual patient assessments
  • Track a patient’s SEM delta (∆) from admission and at time points; by day, week, month, year or at change in condition
  • View active Provizio SEM Scanners and total number of SEM delta (∆) readings
  • View patient setting and total population Provizio SEM Scanner data
  • View data by Device(s), Ward(s) or Facility
  • Download filtered data to a file for offline analysis
