Commenting on the winners of the night, the team at North West Coast Research & Innovation remarked;

“Huge thanks to everyone involved in improving our health and care services through research and innovation – including patients, companies, community and voluntary organisations as well as NHS and universities. These awards shine a light on just some of the excellent projects, partnerships and individuals working in our region.”
We at BBI, would like to take this opportunity to thank the judges for their consideration and we are thrilled that the SEM Scanner has been recognised in the North West Region. Colin Priestley, EMEA Managing Director for BBI remarked;
“We are delighted to be a Winner at the North West Coast Research & Innovation Awards 2019 for our part in reducing pressure ulcer incidence across all care settings. Health care professionals are now able to identify earlier, those patients who are at increased risk of developing a pressure ulcer, allowing them to make more informed and anatomically specific intervention decisions.”
